Welcome to Linkon (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This App is developed and operated by BERG AL, MAS FOR MINING, located at Dist, Al Sinaiyah, Building No.8740, Al Nawah, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. We only collect information necessary to provide logistics and transportation management services, including:

Account Information: Business name, contact person, phone number, email address, business license information. Used for registration, login, identity verification, and business account management.
Location Information: When a driver is performing a delivery task, real-time GPS data may be collected only with user authorization. Used for route planning, shipment tracking, and safety analysis. You can disable location access anytime in your device settings.
Device and Log Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, app version, error logs. Used for performance optimization and security monitoring.
Order and Transaction Data: Cargo details, sender and receiver addresses, transportation status, payment records. Used for completing logistics operations and billing.
Communication and Support Data: Messages and interactions with our customer support or business teams. Used to provide assistance and improve service quality.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as contacts, SMS, photos, microphone audio, or facial recognition data.

2. How We Use the Information

To provide and improve logistics, dispatching, and delivery services;
To send necessary notifications, billing information, and task reminders;
To provide customer support and after-sales services;

All data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption and stored securely within Saudi Arabia.
Access to data is strictly limited under the principle of least privilege.
Upon account deletion, related data will be permanently erased or anonymized within 30 days.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended for business and professional users (e.g., logistics drivers and companies). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware of such data collection, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Significant updates will be communicated through in-app notifications or email.
